About the Role

We are looking for experienced and highly motivated .NET Core & Angular Developers / Technical Leads with 510 years of strong hands-on experience in designing, developing, maintaining, and delivering scalable web applications.

The ideal candidate should have robust expertise in ASP.NET Core, C#, Web API, Angular, SQL Server, Entity Framework Core, REST APIs, Git, and modern software development practices.

Candidates who can independently handle modules, provide technical guidance to team members, participate in architecture and design discussions, and take ownership of project delivery are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise-level web applications using ASP.NET Core, C#, Angular, and SQL Server.
- Develop robust and scalable RESTful APIs / Web APIs using ASP.NET Core.
- Build responsive and user-friendly front-end applications using Angular.
- Implement reusable Angular components, services, directives, routing, forms, validation, and state/data management.
- Develop database structures, stored procedures, queries, views, and performance-optimized SQL scripts.
- Work extensively with Entity Framework Core / LINQ for database interaction.
- Integrate third-party APIs and external services where required.
- Implement authentication, authorization, role-based access, and application security best practices.
- Analyse technical requirements and convert business requirements into effective technical solutions.
- Participate in application architecture, technical design, and database design discussions.
- Troubleshoot complex application, API, database, and production issues.
- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Identify performance bottlenecks and implement appropriate optimization techniques.
- Write unit/integration tests and ensure quality of deliverables.
- Work with Git-based source control and branching strategies.
- Participate in deployment, release management, and production support activities.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation wherever required.

Team & Technical Leadership Responsibilities For candidates with strong leadership capabilities, the role will additionally involve:
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior and mid-level developers.
- Review team members' code and provide constructive technical feedback.
- Assist developers in resolving complex technical challenges.
- Break down requirements into technical tasks and assign them appropriately.




- Monitor development progress and proactively identify technical risks and dependencies.
- Ensure that development work follows established coding standards and architectural guidelines.
- Conduct technical discussions and knowledge-sharing sessions within the team.
- Assist in estimating development effort, complexity, and timelines.
- Review pull requests and ensure quality before merging code.
- Support the Technical Lead / Project Manager in technical planning and delivery.
- Encourage best practices in coding, testing, documentation, security, and performance.

Project & Managerial Responsibilities
- Take ownership of assigned modules and ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Business Analysts, QA teams, and other stakeholders.
- Understand project priorities and communicate technical dependencies or risks proactively.
- Track assigned tasks and provide regular status updates.
- Ensure commitments are delivered within agreed timelines and quality standards.
- Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Support team members in task planning and technical execution.
- Identify resource or technical dependencies that may affect project delivery.
- Escalate critical issues appropriately and assist in finding practical solutions.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes and engineering practices.
- Take responsibility for maintaining high standards of code quality, application performance, and delivery discipline.

Compensation

7.00 LPA 12.00 LPA

Salary will be determined based on experience, technical expertise, leadership capability, interview performance, and current compensation.
