Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Corporate Trainer role based in the Greater Bengaluru Area.

The Corporate

Trainer will design, develop, and deliver training programs on technical tools, engineering practices, and corporate skills aligned with ANCIT’s service offerings and client needs. Daily responsibilities include creating training materials, conducting classroom and workshop sessions, facilitating hands-on exercises, and assessing learner performance through evaluations and feedback. The role involves collaborating with subject matter experts, updating training content based on current technologies and project requirements, and supporting clients in knowledge transfer and onboarding activities.

The Corporate

Trainer will also maintain training documentation,



track participation and outcomes, and contribute to continuous improvement of training standards and methodologies.

Qualifications

- Strong training and facilitation skills, including planning sessions, delivering presentations, and managing group dynamics in corporate and technical environments.
- Experience in curriculum design and instructional material development, such as training manuals, slide decks, exercises, and assessments.
- Knowledge of IT, engineering, or technology domains relevant to automotive, aerospace, semiconductor, or related industries, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to engage diverse learner groups and provide constructive feedback.
- Ability to use digital tools for training delivery (e.g., LMS platforms, virtual conferencing tools, collaboration software) and basic proficiency in MS Office or equivalent.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple training programs and deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Education, or a related field; qualified training or facilitation certifications are a plus.
- Prior experience as a corporate trainer, technical trainer, or learning and development specialist in IT or engineering-focused organizations is highly beneficial.
