Xfu is building TestXfu, an AI-driven system that interacts with digital products the way real users do. Using autonomous agents and multimodal behavioral models, TestXfu explores applications across screens, browsers, and devices to uncover friction points, drop-offs, and broken flows in real time.

The platform converts millions of interaction signals—including clicks, gestures, latency traces, and DOM states—into structured insights and prioritized recommendations. TestXfu continuously learns from each test run, refining its understanding of user intent and experience quality.

Role Description

As a Full Stack Engineer at Xfu , you will build end-to-end features for TestXfu’s core platform, working across frontend, backend, and AI-powered systems.

You will work closely with our engineering and AI/ML teams to build web applications, APIs, microservices, data workflows, and AI-driven features. You will have the opportunity to work with contemporary technologies across the stack and contribute to products that combine software engineering with AI and autonomous agents.

Your responsibilities will include developing responsive user interfaces, building backend services and APIs, integrating AI/LLM capabilities, working with databases and data pipelines, debugging complex issues, and optimizing application performance.

This is a full-time, remote role , offering the opportunity to work with a distributed engineering team and contribute to a rapidly evolving AI product.

Qualifications

- 1–2 years of professional experience in software or full-stack development.
- Robust fundamentals in software development and problem-solving.




- Hands-on experience with modern frontend technologies such as React and/or Next.js .
- Good knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript and experience with Node.js .
- Good working knowledge of Python ; experience with FastAPI or similar frameworks is a plus.
- Experience building and integrating RESTful APIs and backend services .
- Working knowledge of databases such as PostgreSQL and/or MongoDB .
- Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts and hands-on experience working with LLM APIs.
- Familiarity with prompt engineering, embeddings, RAG, vector databases, or AI agents is a plus.
- Understanding of Git, software testing, debugging, and CI/CD workflows .
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and scalable code.
- Ability to work collaboratively with engineering, product, design, and AI/ML teams in a remote environment.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and work across different areas of the technology stack.
- Familiarity with Docker and cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS, or similar is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

You should be comfortable taking ownership of features, from understanding requirements and writing code to testing, debugging, and deployment.

You don't need to be an AI expert. A strong foundation in software engineering, combined with a genuine interest in AI/LLMs and modern application development , is what matters most.

Experience with AI/ML-driven products, LLM-based applications, autonomous agents, data-intensive systems, or UX testing platforms is a strong plus.
