Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Full Stack Engineer role based in New Delhi.

The Full Stack

Engineer will design, develop, test, and maintain web applications across both front-end and back-end layers.

Responsibilities include implementing user interfaces, building server-side logic and APIs, integrating databases and external services, and ensuring performance, security, and scalability. The role also involves collaborating closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers, participating in code reviews, troubleshooting issues, and contributing to continuous improvement of the development process and architecture.



The engineer will be expected to write clean, maintainable code, follow best practices, and keep up to date with emerging technologies relevant to full-stack development.

Qualifications

- Strong proficiency in Full-Stack Development and Software Development, with hands-on experience delivering production-ready applications.
- Solid skills in Front-End Development, including HTML, JavaScript frameworks, and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) for responsive, accessible user interfaces.
- Experience in Back-End Web Development, Laravel, PHP, including server-side programming, RESTful APIs, and working with relational or NoSQL databases.
- Knowledge of up-to-date development tools and practices such as version control (e.g., Git), CI/CD pipelines, unit and integration testing, and code review processes.
- Ability to analyze requirements, design scalable architectures, and optimize application performance and security.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in cross-functional teams and adapt to evolving project needs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience with containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is an advantage.
