About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Full Stack Engineer to join our long-term team based in Vizag-India. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in both backend and frontend development, with a solid emphasis on Python/Django and React.js.

This role involves developing and maintaining high-performance web applications, ensuring seamless integration between server-side logic and user interfaces. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative features, optimize application performance, and uphold best practices in software development. The position offers an exciting opportunity to work on complex projects in a fast-paced environment, contributing to the growth and success of TekValue IT Solutions.

Qualifications

- Minimum of 3+ years of professional experience with Python and Django, particularly in high-concurrency environments and Celery workers.
- Proficiency in React.js, including Hooks, Functional Components, and modern CSS frameworks such as Tailwind CSS or Styled Components.
- Strong SQL skills, especially with PostgreSQL, along with experience working with NoSQL databases like Firestore.
- Hands-on experience with version control systems such as Git, containerization tools like Docker,



and familiarity with Kubernetes-deployed environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Good communication skills and the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend APIs using Django and Python, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
- Implement and optimize frontend components using React.js, adhering to best practices for UI/UX design.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Integrate third-party APIs and services to enhance application functionality.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, following coding standards and best practices.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure the delivery of high-quality software.
- Manage deployment processes using Docker and Kubernetes, ensuring smooth CI/CD pipelines.
- Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies to continuously improve development processes and product quality.
