Role Description The Full Stack Engineer will work on-site in Kochi in a full-time capacity, designing, developing, and maintaining web applications that support Acumen Global’s educational and career consulting services. Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing front-end user interfaces, developing and optimizing back-end services and APIs, and ensuring seamless integration between system components.

The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, translating them into technical solutions,



and improving existing features for performance, scalability, and security. The engineer will also participate in code reviews, maintain documentation, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to continuous improvement of development processes and user experience.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Front-End Development skills, including proficiency with Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) and modern JavaScript frameworks or libraries.
- Candidates should possess solid Back-End Web Development skills, including experience with server-side languages, APIs, and database integration.
- Candidates should possess Software Development and Full-Stack Development skills, with the ability to design, build, test, and maintain end-to-end web solutions.
- Relevant skills such as experience with version control (e.g., Git), responsive design, and application security best practices are beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, explicit written and verbal communication, and the capacity to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment are required.
