Responsibilities

- Design and develop O2Ps platform including web applications and APIs.
- Contribute to DevOps for scalable, secure, cost-effective AWS cloud applications (Lambda, ECS, API Gateway, RDS).
- Evaluate and adopt technology solutions for the O2P platform.
- Apply strong quality and DevOps practices for maintainable, extensible solutions.
- Build pragmatic, resilient solutions with strong unit testing, considering upstream/downstream impacts.
- Meet Forge pillars: Engineering Excellence, Build and Deploy, Operational Excellence, Recoverability Reliability.
- Partner with business stakeholders to translate use cases into functional/non-functional requirements.
- Support production products.
- Mentor and collaborate with global teams (APAC, EMEA, US).

Requirements

Must-have:

- 5 to 7 years relevant hands-on experience.
- Strong architectural skills for scalable, available, resilient,



cost-effective cloud applications (preferably AWS).
- Ability to select appropriate tech stack and tools.
- Expertise in building RESTful microservices with Node.js.
- Comfortable with both relational and NoSQL databases.
- Technical expertise in API and UI development.

Nice-to-have:

- Good knowledge of API security and data encryption.
- Strong DevOps and quality mindset with experience in CI/CD, observability, and test automation.
- Curious, growth mindset, cooperative, strong communication skills.
