About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Full-Stack Developer with hands-on knowledge of modern web and mobile technologies. The ideal candidate is comfortable working across the front-end and back-end of our website, and is equally capable of contributing to our mobile app built with React Native and Expo. This role is well suited to someone early in their career — a fresher with some practical exposure (around 1 year of experience, including internships or freelance/project work) who is eager to grow and take ownership of day-to-day development and improvements.

Additionally, knowledge of AI engineering and experience working with AI-powered tools/features will be a valuable asset for this role.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, maintain, and update the company website using Next.js on the front-end and Node.js on the back-end.
- Build and maintain features for our mobile application using React Native and Expo, covering both front-end and back-end aspects.
- Handle day-to-day website changes, bug fixes, and content/UI updates promptly and independently.
- Contribute ideas and implementation work to improve the website’s UI/UX, with a focus on better user engagement.
- Design, manage, and query databases (primarily MongoDB) to support application features.
- Implement and maintain secure authentication and authorization flows (e.g., login, sessions, tokens).
- Deploy and release updates to production environments, ensuring smooth and stable rollouts.
- Debug issues across the stack — front-end, back-end, and mobile — and collaborate with the team to resolve them quickly.




- Work closely with design/product stakeholders to translate requirements into working features.
- Explore and integrate AI-powered tools/features (e.g., AI APIs, chatbots, prompt engineering, or AI-assisted automation) into the website or app where relevant.

Required Skills & Experience

- Around 1 year of experience (freshers with solid project/internship exposure are welcome to apply).
- Solid working knowledge of Next.js and React.js for front-end development.
- Good command of Node.js (and common frameworks such as Express) for back-end development.
- Experience building mobile apps with React Native and Expo — front-end and back-end integration.
- Working knowledge of MongoDB and general database concepts (schema design, queries, basic optimization).
- Understanding of authentication/authorization mechanisms (e.g., JWT, OAuth, or session-based auth).
- Practical experience deploying applications to production (hosting, environment configuration, basic CI/CD).
- An eye for good UI/UX — able to suggest and implement improvements that boost usability and engagement.
- Comfortable handling day-to-day, ad-hoc website change requests with quick turnaround.
- Prior experience at one or more companies/internships/freelance projects, however brief, is preferred.

Good to Have

- Familiarity with Git/version control and collaborative workflows.
- Basic knowledge of TypeScript.
- Exposure to REST APIs and third-party integrations.
- Understanding of responsive design and cross-browser/cross-device testing.
