About The Role We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic Digital Media team at FLAME University. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in WordPress, PHP, and modern front-end frameworks such as Next.js and React.

This role involves developing, maintaining, and enhancing our university websites, microsites, and web applications to ensure an engaging, responsive, and high-performing digital presence. The developer will collaborate closely with the Senior Developer and Website Development Lead to implement cutting-edge solutions that align with the university’s strategic goals. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the digital transformation of FLAME University’s online platforms, supporting our mission to deliver exceptional educational experiences through cutting-edge web technologies.

Qualifications The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 to 10 years of relevant experience in full-stack or web development. Proven expertise in WordPress, PHP, MySQL, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern frameworks like Next.js and React.js is essential.

Candidates should demonstrate hands-on experience working on live websites,



handling development, maintenance, and troubleshooting independently. A strong understanding of responsive web design, API integrations, and website performance optimization is required. Additional knowledge of headless WordPress, Linux/web hosting environments, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and CRM integrations such as Salesforce will be considered advantageous.

The candidate should possess excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.

- Develop, update, and maintain websites, webpages, and microsites to ensure optimal performance and user experience.
- Customize WordPress themes, templates, and functionalities to meet specific project requirements.

- Create responsive webpages using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to ensure compatibility across devices and browsers.
- Develop and maintain web applications utilizing Next.js and React.js frameworks.

- Develop and integrate REST APIs and third-party services to extend website capabilities.
- Design and maintain website forms and integrations to facilitate seamless user interactions.
- Identify and troubleshoot website, application, and integration issues promptly.
- Optimize website speed, performance, and responsiveness to improve user engagement.
