We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Front Office Executive with a minimum of 3 years of experience in hotel Front Office operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet and welcome guests in a warm, professional and courteous manner.
- Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
- Complete and maintain C-Form, guest registration and other required documentation.
- Take regular guest feedback and ensure a high level of guest satisfaction.
- Handle guest complaints and queries professionally and coordinate with concerned departments for timely resolution.
- Prepare and maintain Tourism Reports and other Front Office reports.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping, F&B;, Engineering and other departments for smooth hotel operations.
- Provide guests with information about hotel facilities, local attractions, transportation and tourism activities.
- Maintain accurate guest records and Front Office documentation.
- Follow hotel SOPs, service standards and operational procedures.

Candidate Profile




- Minimum 3 years of experience in Front Office operations in a hotel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong guest handling and complaint resolution skills.
- Good knowledge of C-Form and guest registration procedures.
- Good knowledge of Tourism Reports and Front Office documentation.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Computer applications.
- Pleasant personality with a strong customer-service attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, weekends and holidays.
