Role Description The Front Office Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for managing reception and front desk activities. Day-to-day tasks include greeting visitors, answering and directing phone calls, handling inquiries, and maintaining visitor logs. The role involves coordinating meeting room bookings, managing incoming and outgoing mail and couriers, and supporting general administrative tasks.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., MS Office, email tools) and familiarity with telephone and office equipment.
