Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Reservations Executive at Royal Orchid Hotels in Khandala. The Reservations Executive will be responsible for managing reservations, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales through effective communication.

Qualifications

- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Solid ability to drive Customer Satisfaction
- Experience in Reservations and Sales
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
