We are looking for a Front of House team members to join our team to manage service. The person will be responsible for guest relations, service standards and presentation of the cuisine and menu to the guests.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Ensure smooth service
2. Maintain service standards
3. Establish guest relations
4. Ensuring a pleasant restaurant experience for the guests
5. Assist with all restaurant related enquiries
6. Attention to detail
7. Assist with operational work

Qualifications:

1. Minimum 1 year's experience in a direct F&B; or associated role.
2. Fluency in English, Bengali & Hindi
3. Strong Communication Skills
4. Understanding of Food and Beverage
5. Ability to drive sales
6. Problem solving

Job Types: Full time, Permanent Pay: From ₹14,000.00 per month
