FRONT OFFICE & GUEST RELATIONS EXECUTIVE

Location: Seclude Fort Unchagaon, Uttar Pradesh

Experience: 1–2 years in a similar role

Salary: ₹20,000–₹25,000 per month, depending on experience and interview performance

ABOUT THE ROLE- We are looking for a warm, confident and guest-focused Front Office & Guest Relations Executive to be the face of our property at Seclude Fort Unchagaon.

The ideal candidate should be an excellent communicator with strong spoken English, a friendly and approachable personality, and a genuine interest in creating memorable guest experiences. The role involves managing front-office operations while working closely with the wider property team to ensure a seamless experience for our guests.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES-

- Greet guests warmly and ensure a smooth, personalised check-in and check-out experience, including accurate documentation and timely assistance with their requests.
- Handle guest enquiries, requests and complaints promptly and professionally, while providing accurate information about property facilities, services, policies, room rates and local attractions.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure rooms, public areas and guest services are maintained to the required standards.




- Maintain the confidentiality and security of guest information and adhere to property policies and procedures.
- Support the team during on-ground events and campaigns at the property, assisting with guest coordination, event execution and other operational requirements as needed.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR-
- 1–2 years of experience in front office, guest relations or a similar hospitality role.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Warm, friendly and approachable personality with a genuine interest in interacting with guests.
- Good grooming and professional etiquette.
- Comfortable using basic software, email and digital systems.
- Ability to handle guest concerns calmly and professionally.
- Willingness to work in a property-based hospitality environment.
- Must be comfortable with the location – Seclude Fort Unchagaon, Uttar Pradesh.
