National Dental Care is looking for a friendly, qualified, and experienced Full-Time Dental Receptionist to join our team.

About the Role

As a Dental Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients and play an important role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the practice.

Key Responsibilities :

- Welcome and assist patients in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to patient enquiries.
- Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments.
- Manage patient check-ins and check-outs.
- Process payments and assist with billing and health fund enquiries.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Liaise with dentists, dental assistants, and other healthcare professionals.
- Handle general administrative and reception duties.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming reception area.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure patients have a positive experience.

Requirements

- Previous hospital or dental reception experience is required.




- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Professional, friendly, and confident manner.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy environment.
- Good computer and administrative skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work well as part of a team.
- Full-time availability is essential.
