About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and presentable Front Office Executive to be the face of our organization. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a welcoming demeanour, and prior experience in front office or customer-facing roles.

Key Responsibilities:

- Welcome and receive clients, visitors, and guests with professionalism and courtesy
- Manage front desk operations, including handling calls and directing inquiries appropriately
- Coordinate appointments, meetings, and maintain schedules
- Undertake administrative and clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and document management
- Ensure the reception area is well-maintained, organized, and presentable at all times
- Provide accurate information and assistance to clients and internal teams




- Extend support to other departments as required for the smooth functioning of daily operations

Requirements:

- A minimum of 3–4 years of relevant experience in a front office or receptionist role
- Preferably from a BFSI or Financial Services background
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A well-groomed, confident, and professional appearance
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Prior experience in the hospitality or real estate sector will also be considered favourably
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced workplace
