Position: Project Coordinator

Qualification: MBA Freshers Preferred

Salary Package: ₹2.00 LPA – ₹3.00 LPA

Probation and training period - 6 months

Roles & Responsibilities

1.Coordinate day-to-day project activities and ensure tasks are progressing according to the planned schedule.

2.Maintain project timelines, task trackers, milestones, and status updates.

3.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of assigned deliverables.

4.Schedule project meetings, prepare agendas, and record important action items.

5.Follow up with team members regarding pending tasks, deadlines, and dependencies.

6.Maintain project documentation, reports, meeting notes, and relevant records.

7.Monitor project progress and escalate delays, risks, or critical issues to the concerned manager.

8.Act as a communication bridge between project teams, management, and clients whenever required.

9.Assist in allocating and tracking project resources and responsibilities.

10.Prepare regular project status reports for management review.

11.Ensure that project-related information is properly updated and communicated to all stakeholders.

Skills Required

- Good organizational and coordination skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication.




- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Basic understanding of project management concepts.
- Basic familiarity with Jira, Trello, Asana, ClickUp, Microsoft Project, or similar project management tools.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, MS Word, and PowerPoint.
- Candidates who are willing to learn project management software are encouraged to apply.
- Strong follow-up, problem-solving, and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
