Role & Responsibilities

- Conceptualize and deliver full-scope interior design solutions—from space planning and material selection to 3D visualization and final execution oversight.
- Collaborate directly with clients to understand functional needs, aesthetic preferences, and budget constraints; translate them into feasible, compelling designs.
- Create detailed mood boards, floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings using industry-standard tools (SketchUp, AutoCAD, Revit, or equivalent).
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and on-site teams to ensure design integrity during installation and fit-out phases.
- Manage project timelines, scope changes, and client feedback loops—ensuring delivery within agreed deadlines and quality benchmarks.
- Stay current with global interior trends, sustainable materials,



smart-home integrations, and local building codes relevant to Indian urban markets.
- Develop project timelines, schedules, and budgets.
- Oversee work at the site to ensure execution matches approved drawings.

Skills & Qualifications

- Must-Have
- Proficiency in SketchUp
- Proficiency in AutoCAD
- Proficiency in 3D Studio Max or Revit
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Experience with material sourcing and vendor coordination
- Working knowledge of Indian building regulations and spatial standards
- Portfolio showcasing 5+ completed interior projects (residential or commercial)
- Strong client communication & presentation skills
- Preferred
- Experience with sustainable & biophilic design principles
- Familiarity with BIM workflows or smart home integration design
- Prior on-site project execution in metro cities like Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, or Pune
