We are looking to associate with experienced Freelance Recruitment Consultants across India, including all major metro cities and key industrial locations.
Candidates should have 10-20 years of experience in core recruitment activities, with a solid preference for consultants having experience in the Cement, Steel, Mining, Heavy Manufacturing, and Engineering industries.
Female recruitment consultants will be preferred.
The engagement will be on a freelance basis, with payouts structured through a revenue-sharing model based on successful recruitment closures.
