Freelance Hr Executive

Qualification - MBA/HR (Interns also welcome)

About the Role:

As an HR Executive, you will play a pivotal role in managing various human resources functions within our organization. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulations. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented professional who can contribute to fostering a positive workplace culture.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations.
- Stay updated on changes in work legislation and industry standards.
- Manage and supervise the HR department staff.
- Oversee recruitment and selection processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring recent employees.




- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures.
- Design and run employee training and development programs.
- Maintain HR records, including employee files, compensation, and benefits information.
- Handle employee relations and resolve any workplace conflicts or issues.

Job location - Work from home ( Pune ) Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Education
