Requirements:
- Direct experience running ads for fashion/streetwear / creative-product brands. If you don't have this, don't apply.
- Available for regular team meetings
- Hybrid
The role:
- Manage and optimise our Meta campaigns (prospecting, remarketing, creative testing) toward better ROAS
- Work directly with our editors on ad creative — regular back-and-forth, not one-way briefs
- Bring creative and strategic suggestions consistently
- Understand our brand and where it's going
- Know how the streetwear industry actually works
