This is a project based opportunity for Freelancers/Independent Consultants.

Our client, a leading global management consulting firm, is looking to engage a Junior IT Associate to help with:

- Support system analysis, application support, and day-to-day IT operations.
- Assist in testing, quality assurance, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
- Develop, maintain, and update dashboards and data reports.
- Prepare and maintain technical and process documentation.
- Coordinate with technology teams and business stakeholders to track and resolve issues.
- Assist with data validation, system enhancements,



and process improvements.
- Monitor applications and systems and escalate technical issues when required.

Skills Required
- Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a comparable discipline
- Degree must be from a university/college featured in the Top 50 of the latest applicable ranking.
- Minimum 2 years of skilled experience.
- Strong experience across IT systems, digital architecture, integration, data governance, cybersecurity, analytics, and technology implementation.
