Freelance Growth Marketing Executive

MindLoom Care is looking for a Freelance Growth Marketing Executive to work with us on an initial 3-month engagement.

? Remote | Kerala preferred

⏰ Part-time / Freelance

What you’ll be working on

- Plan and manage Meta, Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns
- Generate quality leads and improve conversions
- Improve the WhatsApp enquiry-to-booking process
- Plan weekly marketing campaigns and growth activities
- Coordinate with our content creators and internal team
- Explore partnership and outreach opportunities
- Track CPL, conversions, customer acquisition cost and ROI
- Review campaign performance and suggest improvements

What we’re looking for

- Practical experience in digital or performance marketing
- Good working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager
- Experience running lead-generation campaigns




- Comfortable working with limited budgets and explicit targets
- Able to work independently and take ownership
- Good English communication; Malayalam preferred
- Experience in healthcare, wellness, education or startups is a plus To Apply
