Our client, a Leading Global Specialist in Energy Management and Automation, is seeking an experienced Consultant, Finance Transformation to lead end-to-end project management activities for finance-related initiatives. The role requires working closely with organisation’s Business Finance and Digital teams, driving program governance, and ensuring adherence to prescribed methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

-Lead end-to-end project management, ensuring alignment with organisation’s methods and frameworks.

-Collaborate with Business Finance and Digital teams, providing unified views of program status, progress, and potential roadblocks.

-Conduct and lead program governance meetings, such as Steering Committee meetings, Phase Gate reviews, and stand-up calls.

-Develop detailed project management plans in consultation with project sponsors and leaders, ensuring timely execution.

-Facilitate workshops with senior business stakeholders to document business requirements or recommend necessary changes.

-Measure and regularly monitor project progress, publishing reports to all relevant stakeholders.





-Provide oversight for complex initiatives as part of the overall program.

-Identify issues and risks, supporting mitigation efforts and ensuring proactive problem-solving.

-Align people and resources to execute project plans, including leading efforts on process design and standardization.

-Ensure adherence to organisation’s standards for process documentation.

-Develop and implement change management and communication plans for both internal and external stakeholders.

-Continuously identify opportunities for process improvements and ensure business processes are documented and maintained.
