Position: Trainee Research Associate - FR&D; (Hormones)

Role Summary: Support Formulation Research & Development activities for hormone-based pharmaceutical products. Assist in formulation development, trials, documentation, and analytical studies under the guidance of senior scientists.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in development of hormone formulations (oral/injectable/topical).
- Conduct laboratory experiments and product trials.
- Prepare and maintain R&D; documentation, reports, and records.
- Follow GMP, GLP, and data integrity requirements.
- Coordinate with Analytical R&D;, Production, and Quality teams.
- Support technology transfer and scale-up activities.

Eligibility:

- M.Pharm (Pharmaceutics, Industrial Pharmacy,



or related specialization).
- Freshers
- Basic knowledge of pharmaceutical formulations and laboratory practices.

Skills Required:

- Positive documentation skills.
- Understanding of GMP/GLP guidelines.
- MS Office proficiency.
- Teamwork and analytical thinking.
