Eligibility and requirements
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field is required.
- An AI-first mentality and hands-on experience with ChatGPT, Codex, Claude, or GitHub Copilot are required.
- Foundational programming and database knowledge, including SQL, Python, and Microsoft Excel, is required.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, learning agility, accountability, and cross-functional collaboration are required.

Key responsibilities
- Administer, configure, test, and maintain enterprise legal and compliance applications.




- Manage data integrations, batch processing, access controls, and user administration.
- Troubleshoot issues, resolve tickets, and support software release management.
- Analyze legal processes, document functional requirements, and support application enhancements.
- Support automation workflows and regulatory and audit readiness.
- Collaborate with business users, compliance specialists, developers, and QA teams.

Technical and soft skills
- AI productivity tools, SQL, Python, APIs, system administration, Microsoft Excel, enterprise platforms, requirements documentation, communication, and learning agility.
