About the role

Erekrut is looking for entrepreneurial and self-driven professionals who are interested in working as Franchise Sales Partners and expanding the reach of Erekrut’s recruitment and HR services across India.

As an Erekrut Franchise Sales Partner, you will be responsible for identifying and developing corporate clients in your market and selling Erekrut’s recruitment and related HR services to them. This is a self-employed business opportunity for individuals who are confident in sales, client acquisition, relationship management, and business development.

The ideal candidate should have a strong network or the ability to build relationships with companies, business owners, HR professionals, and decision-makers and generate new business for Erekrut.

Key responsibilities

- Represent Erekrut as a Franchise Sales Partner in your respective market.
- Identify and approach potential corporate clients who have recruitment and HR service requirements.
- Generate new business opportunities through personal networking, references, market outreach, and lead generation.
- Build and maintain relationships with HR Heads, Business Owners, Founders, Talent Acquisition Heads, and other key decision-makers.
- Understand client hiring requirements and recommend suitable Erekrut services.
- Present and explain Erekrut’s recruitment and HR solutions to prospective clients.
- Conduct client meetings, discussions, negotiations, and follow-ups.
- Convert prospects into paying clients and generate recurring business opportunities.
- Manage the client relationship from initial enquiry through business closure.
- Coordinate with the Erekrut team for service delivery, recruitment requirements, and client support.




- Maintain a healthy pipeline of prospective clients and consistently pursue new business opportunities.
- Develop long-term corporate relationships and generate repeat business and referrals.
- Work independently to expand Erekrut’s client base and business presence in the assigned market.

Who can apply

- Professionals with 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, recruitment sales, HR services sales, B2B sales, or related fields.
- Individuals with an existing network among corporates, SMEs, startups, HR professionals, or business owners will be preferred.
- Candidates with experience selling recruitment, staffing, HR, payroll, consulting, SaaS, or other B2B services will be an advantage.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
- Proven ability to generate leads and convert prospects into clients.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a robust focus on business development and revenue generation.
- Willingness to actively develop clients and business opportunities for Erekrut.
