Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Founders Office role based in Mumbai. The role involves working closely with the founders on strategic projects, operational problem-solving, and execution of key initiatives across business functions.

Responsibilities include conducting market and business research, preparing dashboards and reports, and coordinating with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely delivery on priorities. The person in this role will help structure processes, monitor performance metrics, support fundraising or investor-related documentation, and contribute to product, operations, and growth experiments. The role also entails preparing presentations, drafting communication for leadership,



and handling special projects that are critical to the company’s growth.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data, conduct market research, and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create transparent presentations, reports, and structured documentation for leadership and stakeholders.
- Sound business acumen and understanding of operations, finance basics, and growth drivers in a B2B or platform-based environment.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and work independently in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment.
- Proficiency with productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., Excel/Sheets, PowerPoint/Slides, project management tools) and comfort working with data and dashboards.
- Demonstrated experience in roles such as consulting, early-stage startup operations, chief of staff, or strategy/PMO is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Finance, or a related field; a postgraduate degree is an advantage but not mandatory.
- High level of integrity, adaptability, and willingness to learn about asset recovery, auctions, and vendor marketplace operations.
