Stipend: ₹50,000 per month

We're looking for an exceptional Founder's Office Intern to work directly with the CEO at Kplor.

This is not a typical internship. You'll work at the intersection of strategy, operations, technology, and growth, helping solve some of the most important challenges of an early-stage startup.

About the Role

As a Founder's Office Intern, you will work directly with the CEO & gain exposure to how an high growth early-stage startup is scaled.

Your responsibilities will include

- Assisting the CEO with daily operations and strategic initiatives.




- Identifying inefficiencies and helping streamline internal operations.
- Acting as a liaison between our Technology & Growth teams.
- Breaking down complex business challenges into transparent, actionable tech problems.
- Conducting research & developing structured recommendations.
- Creating strategic partnership decks / high-impact business assets.
- Taking ownership of ambiguous problems & driving them towards solutions.
