About AttentoAttento is building technology to help make driving safer, smarter and more rewarding.

We’re an early-stage startup, so things move fast and roles aren’t neatly boxed into departments. You’ll work closely with the founder and get to be involved in a little bit of everything—from partnerships and sales to product, customers and business operations.

What you’ll doThere’s no typical day, but your work could include:

- Build the rewards marketplace — curate digital vouchers, onboard local merchants and keep the marketplace fresh.
- Get out there and sell — prospect and meet local businesses, pitch partnerships and build relationships.
- Look after customers — handle queries and sort out reward/fulfilment issues.
- Help shape the product — manage parts of the product backlog, test new features and spot bugs or usability issues.
- Help tell the Attento story — create presentations for investors, grants, clients and partners.
- Find new opportunities — identify potential partnerships, collaborations and other ways to grow Attento.
- Run on-ground campaigns — help get new users onboard through campaigns at malls, coworking spaces, events and other locations.

outgoing and comfortable talking to pretty much anyone.
- A natural communicator who can build rapport quickly.
- Fluent in multiple Indian languages.
- Someone who likes getting things done rather than waiting for instructions.
- Comfortable juggling different things and switching gears quickly.
- Not afraid of making mistakes, learning and trying again.
- Curious about startups, technology, business and how things actually get built.
- Comfortable with spending time out in the field, not just behind a laptop.
