One of our key initiatives, the Business Pulse Report , helps founders identify patterns, dependencies, organisational gaps, and structural challenges that may otherwise remain invisible.

We are looking for a highly curious and execution-oriented Founder’s Office Intern who wants to work closely with the founding team and understand how an early-stage venture is built from the ground up.

What You’ll Work On

As part of the Founder’s Office, you will work across multiple functions rather than being limited to one department.

Your responsibilities may include

- Conducting market, competitor, industry, and customer research.
- Supporting the founder on new business ideas and strategic initiatives.
- Researching trends around entrepreneurship, SMEs, leadership, organisational behaviour, AI, HR, and business transformation.
- Helping analyse user feedback and insights from the Business Pulse Report.
- Creating presentations, reports, research documents, and founder briefs.
- Supporting partnerships, outreach, collaborations, and business development initiatives.
- Coordinating with marketing, design, content, product, and external teams.
- Tracking key projects and ensuring follow-ups and deadlines are maintained.
- Converting ideas discussed by the founder into transparent, actionable plans.
- Supporting content research for LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, blogs, reports, and thought-leadership initiatives.




- Assisting with experiments around customer acquisition, product positioning, and go-to-market strategy.
- Taking ownership of special projects across the business.

Who We’re Looking For You may be a good fit if you:
- Are extremely curious and enjoy understanding how businesses work.
- Can research a completely unfamiliar topic and quickly make sense of it.
- Communicate clearly in written and spoken English.
- Are comfortable working with Google Sheets, Excel, PowerPoint/Google Slides, and AI tools.
- Have strong attention to detail.
- Can work independently without requiring constant instructions.
- Are comfortable with ambiguity and rapidly changing priorities.
- Think in terms of solutions rather than simply identifying problems.
- Can take an idea from a conversation and turn it into execution.
- Are interested in entrepreneurship, startups, consulting, strategy, marketing, or organisational behaviour.
