Nynii is building a trusted on-demand home services platform connecting families with verified professionals for house help, cooks, caregivers, babysitters, cleaners, and more.

We’re looking for a Founder’s Associate – Strategy & Operations to work directly with the Founder across high-impact business initiatives.

? What You'll Do

- Work directly with the Founder on strategic priorities

• Drive cross-functional projects from idea → execution → results

- Conduct market, customer & competitor research
- Analyse business, customer, booking & sales data
- Identify growth, revenue & operational opportunities
- Support new markets, services & partnerships
- Prepare business plans, reports, presentations & dashboards
- Coordinate with Product, Technology, Sales, Marketing & Operations
- Track priorities, action items and key projects
- Identify problems and drive solutions independently
- Take ownership of special projects and critical initiatives

? What We're Looking For
- 0–4 years in Strategy, Consulting, Business Operations, Growth, Product, BD or startups




- Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong business understanding and execution ability
- Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-paced environments
- Highly organised, proactive and detail-oriented
- Robust ownership and entrepreneurial mindset

? Good to Have

Excel / Google Sheets • PowerPoint / Slides • Market Research • Data Analysis • Project Management • AI Tools

Experience in startups, marketplaces, consumer businesses, D2C or home services is a plus.
