Role Description
Key Responsibilities: Operations
- Support PANHA’s day-to-day operational activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of initiatives.
- Assist in onboarding and managing college or partner networks.
- Support planning and execution of events, workshops, and programs.
- Help streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Assist in cross-functional coordination and problem-solving
- Support recruitment of interns, and assist with screening, onboarding, and coordination of new members.
- Build 2nd line of leaders
- Establish Clear vision, role & responsibilities, top 3 goals of candidates which you have recruited.
- Making & following Robust KPI & KRA with Weekly Targets & giving Daily clear tasks to team
- Build a system, SOP & onboard team on Click up for strong tracking & updating system
- Taking review meeting every week, work on Delegation & Autopilot
- Make Leaderboard & Recognition your team
- Take problem solving & strategy meet, set constant challenges & empower your team & work on retention.
