Role Summary

We are looking for a responsible, proactive, and results-driven Foundation Executive / Manager to manage and coordinate the Foundation's activities and initiatives. The role involves planning and executing Foundation programs, coordinating with beneficiaries, NGOs, volunteers, and external stakeholders, managing field activities, maintaining documentation, and ensuring the successful implementation of Foundation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, coordinate, and execute Foundation programs, social initiatives, community activities, and welfare projects.
- Coordinate with beneficiaries, NGOs, volunteers, institutions, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth program execution.
- Conduct field visits, understand community needs, and monitor ongoing Foundation activities.
- Manage Foundation events, campaigns, donation drives, and outreach programs.
- Maintain beneficiary, project, donation, expense, and activity records with proper documentation.
- Prepare regular project updates, reports, presentations, and impact reports for management.




- Coordinate and guide Foundation staff, volunteers, and field teams, ensuring timely completion of activities.
- Build partnerships and identify opportunities to expand the Foundation's reach and social impact.
- Coordinate with finance and administration teams for resources, budgets, and operational requirements.
- Ensure transparency, proper resource utilization, and compliance with Foundation policies and guidelines.

Required Qualifications

· Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work, Sociology, Development Studies, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

· 3–5 years of experience in Foundation management, CSR, NGO operations, community development, social initiatives, project management, or a related field.

· Proven experience in managing social programs, coordinating stakeholders, handling field activities, and executing projects.

· Strong experience in team coordination, project execution, reporting, documentation, and stakeholder management.

· Excellent communication, interpersonal, coordination, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

· Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace and the ability to prepare reports, presentations, and project documentation.

· Ability to manage multiple Foundation activities, work independently, and travel for field activities when required.
