nRole Overview

nWe are looking for a hands-on Technical Architect / Senior Technical Lead with strong experience in full-stack development, cloud-native applications, APIs, data platforms, and distributed systems.

nThe candidate should be able to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions, make architecture decisions, guide engineering teams, and remain hands-on through implementation and production.

nKey Responsibilities

n• Design end-to-end application, API, integration, data, and cloud architectures.

n• Translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable solutions.

n• Guide engineering teams and review code/designs.

n• Evaluate technologies and architecture trade-offs.

n• Support cloud deployment, performance, security, and production readiness.

n• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and mentor developers.

n• Build POCs/prototypes where required.

nRequired Skills

nFull Stack

n• JavaScript / TypeScript, Node.js

n• Angular or React.JS or similar modern frontend framework

n• REST APIs; exposure to GraphQL/WebSockets

n• Microservices / modular monoliths

n• Caching and asynchronous processing

nBackend

n• Python; FastAPI preferred

n• API development, async programming,



testing and performance optimization

nCloud & Distributed Systems

n• Strong Azure or AWS experience

n• Cloud-native services, API Management/API Gateway, messaging and storage

n• SQL/NoSQL databases: PostgreSQL, MongoDB, SQL Server, Cosmos DB, DynamoDB

n• Redis, event-driven architecture, scaling, retries, idempotency and resiliency

n

nDevOps & Security

n• Docker; Kubernetes preferred

n• CI/CD, monitoring, logging and observability

n• OAuth/OIDC, JWT, RBAC, IAM, secrets management and OWASP principles

n

nGenAI – Advantage (Preferred)

n• Azure OpenAI / OpenAI or equivalent

n• RAG, embeddings, vector search and retrieval

n• Prompt engineering, tool calling and AI agents

n• Structured outputs, guardrails and AI evaluation

n• LangChain, LangGraph or Semantic Kernel

n

nIdeal Candidate

n• 6–8 years of software engineering experience.

n• Strong hands-on full-stack and production application experience.

n• Significant contribution to enterprise architecture.

n• Solid understanding of scalability, performance, security and reliability.

n• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

n• Comfortable moving across:

nPreferred background: Developer → Senior Engineer → Technical Lead → Technical Architect.
