About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) with strong expertise in Full Stack Development, Generative AI, Agentic AI, and Cloud Technologies (AWS/Azure). This role requires working directly with customers to understand business challenges, design innovative AI-powered solutions, and rapidly deploy scalable applications in production environments. The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise with strong customer-facing and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

- Partner with customers and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end applications using modern full-stack technologies.
- Build AI-powered applications leveraging Generative AI, LLMs, RAG frameworks, and Agentic AI architectures.
- Develop and integrate AI Agents capable of autonomous decision-making, workflow orchestration, and task automation.
- Build responsive and scalable frontend applications using React.js.
- Develop robust backend services and APIs using Java, Python, Node.js, or similar technologies.
- Design and deploy cloud-native solutions on AWS or Azure, ensuring security, scalability, and reliability.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer teams to deliver impactful customer solutions.
- Drive technical workshops, architecture discussions, proof-of-concepts (POCs), and production implementations.
- Continuously optimize application performance, AI model effectiveness, and user experience.





Qualifications

- 5-7 years of experience in Full Stack Software Development.
- Strong expertise in React.js and modern frontend frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with backend development using Java, Python, Node.js, or similar technologies.
- Proven experience building applications using Generative AI (GenAI) technologies.
- Strong experience with Agentic AI, AI Agents, Multi-Agent Systems, and workflow orchestration frameworks.
- Experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) and RAG-based architectures.
- Hands-on expertise with AWS or Azure Cloud Platforms.
- Experience with REST APIs, Microservices, and Distributed Systems.
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
- Strong customer engagement, consulting, and stakeholder management skills.

Required Skills

- Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, or similar Agentic AI frameworks.
- Knowledge of Vector Databases such as Pinecone, ChromaDB, Milvus, or Weaviate.
- Experience with AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, OpenAI APIs, and AI model deployment.
- Experience in enterprise application integrations and solution architecture.
