Job Title: Executive / Sr. Executive Formulation & Development (ROW Market)

Experience: 2-5 Years

Department: Formulation & Development (F&D;)

We are looking for a Formulation & Development skilled with hands-on experience in pharmaceutical formulation development for ROW / Emerging Markets.

The candidate will be responsible for formulation development, optimization, stability studies, scale-up and technology transfer activities for oral dosage forms.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and optimize pharmaceutical formulations for ROW / Emerging Markets.
- Execute laboratory trials for Oral Solid Dosage (Tablets/Capsules) and/or Liquid Oral formulations.
- Conduct pre-formulation studies and evaluate excipient compatibility.
- Prepare and review formulation development protocols, reports and technical documentation.
- Plan, execute and evaluate stability studies and interpret stability data.
- Participate in scale-up, exhibit batch manufacturing and technology transfer activities.




- Coordinate with Production, QA, QC, Regulatory Affairs and Analytical Development teams.
- Support preparation and review of Product Development Reports (PDR) and dossier-related documentation.
- Investigate formulation-related issues and support implementation of corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with cGMP, data integrity and company quality standards.

Educational Qualification
- M.Pharm (Pharmaceutics) preferred.
- B.Pharm candidates with relevant F&D; experience may also be considered.

Experience
- 2-5 years of experience in Formulation & Development.
- Hands-on experience in OSD and/or Liquid Oral formulations.
- Experience in formulation development for ROW / Emerging Markets preferred.
- Exposure to scale-up, stability and technology transfer activities.
