Role Description The Foreign Exchange Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This role involves managing and executing foreign exchange transactions, monitoring currency markets, and supporting cross-border payment operations. The specialist will analyze market trends, provide insights on FX rates, and help optimize pricing and risk management strategies.

Daily responsibilities include collaborating with finance and operations teams, ensuring regulatory compliance in FX dealings, and responding to client or internal queries on foreign exchange matters. The role also includes preparing reports, maintaining accurate transaction records,



and contributing to process improvements for FX and payment workflows.

Qualifications

- Solid expertise in Foreign Exchange Management and practical understanding of currency markets.
- Solid Analytical Skills with the ability to interpret market data and support decision-making.
- Foundational knowledge of Finance, including FX pricing, risk, and basic accounting concepts.
- Experience or familiarity with Trading activities, particularly in currency or related instruments.
- Ability to work with multiple Currency pairs and understand their macroeconomic drivers.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; advanced certifications in FX or treasury are a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and proficiency with spreadsheets and financial tools.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced fintech environment.
- Understanding of Indian regulations related to cross-border payments and foreign exchange is highly beneficial.
