Position: Food Production Manager

Job Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise day-to-day food production activities.
- Plan daily production as per orders and requirements.
- Supervise production workers and allocate daily tasks.
- Ensure production targets are achieved on time.
- Maintain proper food quality, hygiene, and safety standards.
- Monitor raw material usage and minimize wastage.
- Check production processes and ensure products are prepared according to company standards.
- Coordinate with the purchase, warehouse, packing, and dispatch teams.
- Maintain daily production records, stock consumption, and wastage reports.
- Ensure proper cleaning and maintenance of production areas and machinery.
- Follow company SOPs and food safety guidelines.




- Identify production issues and take corrective action.
- Train and guide production staff when required.

Requirements

- Previous experience in food production/manufacturing preferred.
- Experience in handling production workers and factory operations.
- Valuable knowledge of food hygiene and production processes.
- Ability to manage daily production independently.
- Good communication and team-management skills.
- Candidates from Navi Mumbai/Thane/Mumbai preferred.
