Job Title: Marketing Executive – Mercely’s

Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Marketing Executive to promote Mercely’s products, increase brand visibility, expand market reach, and develop strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Promote Mercely’s ice creams and FMCG products in the assigned market.
- Identify and develop new retailers, distributors, dealers, and business opportunities.
- Visit retail outlets regularly and ensure proper product visibility and availability.
- Build and maintain good relationships with retailers and distributors.
- Generate current business and support sales growth in the assigned territory.
- Conduct market visits and study competitor products, pricing, promotions, and activities.
- Execute marketing campaigns, product promotions, and local promotional activities.
- Collect customer and retailer feedback and share it with management.
- Monitor product placement, branding, displays, and promotional materials.




- Coordinate with the sales and distribution team to achieve business targets.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on market visits, leads, sales activities, and competitor information.
- Explore new areas and outlets to increase Mercely’s market presence.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales and marketing targets.

Requirements
- Any Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- 1–3 years of experience in FMCG sales/marketing preferred.
- Experience in ice cream, food, beverage, or FMCG industry will be an advantage.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to identify new business opportunities.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Must be target-oriented, energetic, and self-motivated.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
