As a Senior Flutter Android Mobile Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining Android iOS applications using the Flutter framework. You will work closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to build scalable, high-performance, and modular mobile applications.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Flutter development and Basic Native Android, a good understanding of Android fundamentals, and familiarity with clean architecture and modern mobile engineering practices. You should be passionate about writing robust, maintainable, and production-ready code, and working in complex, enterprise-grade applications.

Key Responsibilities

Cross-Platform Development: Develop and maintain mobile applications using Flutter for both iOS and Android platforms, ensuring a consistent and high-quality user experience.

Architecture Design: Build scalable applications following Clean Architecture (data / domain / presentation layers) and structured design patterns.

State Management Business Logic: Implement state management using Cubit/Bloc (flutter_bloc) and organise business logic using UseCase and Repository patterns.

API Integration Data Handling: Integrate REST APIs using Dio, handle complex JSON responses, and implement robust error handling.

UI Development: Develop responsive and reusable UI components ensuring positive UX and performance across devices.

Flutter-Android Integration: Integrate Flutter modules with native Android applications, handle communication between Flutter and native layers, and support hybrid architecture use cases.





Performance Stability: Optimise app performance, reduce unnecessary rebuilds, and ensure stable behaviour under different scenarios.

Testing Debugging: Write and maintain unit tests and debug issues across UI, state management, and networking layers.

Android Integration: Collaborate with Android teams and assist in integrating Flutter modules with native applications.

Requirements

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

6+ years of experience in mobile app development with strong hands-on Flutter experience

Strong knowledge of Dart, Flutter SDK, widget lifecycle, async programming, and null safety

Solid understanding of Clean Architecture and design patterns (Repository, UseCase, layered architecture)

Hands-on experience with state management using flutter_bloc (Cubit preferred)

Experience with REST API integration using Dio and handling complex JSON responses

Familiarity with dependency injection using get_it

Experience with local storage mechanisms such as shared_preferences

Experience writing testable code using tools like bloc_test and mocktail

Basic working knowledge of Android development (Kotlin/Java and lifecycle concepts)

Familiarity with development tools like Android Studio, and Git

Strong focus on writing clean, maintainable, and scalable code following best practices
