About The Role We are looking for a skilled Flutter & Mobile Application Developer with over three years of experience to join our dynamic mobile engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance, cross-platform mobile applications tailored for both iOS and Android devices.

Your expertise will contribute to building responsive, user-friendly interfaces and implementing robust offline-first architectures that ensure reliable data access and synchronization even in low-connectivity environments. Additionally, you will work closely with our web development team to align mobile features with web applications, ensuring a cohesive user experience across platforms.

This position offers the flexibility of remote or hybrid work arrangements, providing an excellent opportunity to contribute to impactful healthcare solutions from anywhere. Qualifications The successful candidate will possess a minimum of three years of professional experience in mobile application development, with proven expertise in both Flutter and React Native frameworks. A deep understanding of Dart programming language, widget trees,



and state management solutions such as Provider, Riverpod, or Bloc is essential for Flutter development.

For React

Native, proficiency in JavaScript or TypeScript, React fundamentals, and ecosystem tools like Redux, Context API, and Expo is required.

Experience with integrating RESTful APIs, WebSockets, and secure local storage mechanisms is a must. Knowledge of native iOS and Android build environments, permissions, and platform-specific capabilities is also necessary. Candidates should demonstrate a strong commitment to software engineering best practices, including automated testing, dependency management, and continuous integration/deployment pipelines.

Familiarity with Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) peripherals and external sensor integration is a plus, as is experience with web technologies such as React or React Native for cross-platform feature alignment.

Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance cross-platform mobile applications for iOS and Android using Flutter, ensuring seamless user experiences.
- Implement scalable application architecture and robust state management solutions to facilitate maintainability and future growth.
- Write comprehensive automated unit, widget, and integration tests to uphold high code quality, reliability, and stability across releases.
- Develop offline-first data persistence strategies and background synchronization workflows to ensure data integrity in low or no connectivity scenarios.
- Integrate Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) peripherals and external sensors to enable real-time data streaming and device communication.
- Collaborate with native platform teams to develop and maintain platform-specific features, permissions, and native integrations.




- Work alongside web engineering teams to ensure feature parity and consistency between mobile and web applications, leveraging experience with React and React Native when applicable.
- Create intuitive, responsive UI/UX designs optimized for mobile devices and tablets, adhering to best practices for accessibility and usability.
- Support CI/CD pipelines, automate build processes, and manage app releases to the App Store and Google Play Store efficiently and securely.
