Key Responsibilities
Achieve sales targets and monitor key metrics (conversion, ATV, UPT).
Ensure excellent customer service and handle escalations.
Lead and train the team; manage rosters, briefings, and performance.
Oversee store operations, VM standards, and billing accuracy.
Manage stock, replenishment, audits, and minimize shrinkage.
Ensure SOP compliance, cash handling, and audit readiness.
