Seeking a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer (8-10 years) for a large continuous process manufacturing facility. The role will be responsible for ensuring high equipment reliability and availability across the spinning and after-treatment sections through effective preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance practices. The incumbent will lead initiatives to improve OEE, MTBF, and MTTR, drive maintenance excellence programs, manage shutdowns and overhauls, and execute CAPEX and plant improvement projects.

The role requires hands-on experience in SAP PM, reliability engineering, root cause analysis, FMEA, condition monitoring, spare management, and contractor management. Solid leadership capability in managing multidisciplinary maintenance teams and driving safety, productivity, cost optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives is essential. Candidates from Viscose Fibre, Textile, Chemical, Petrochemical, Pulp & Paper, or other continuous process industries will be preferred.
