Your Will Be's:

We're looking for a Technical Product Manager (R&D;) to own the technical product roadmap for our core wearable platforms - sensors, health algorithms, firmware, and system architecture - and drive it from concept through mass production. This is a builder's role: you'll sit at the intersection of hardware, firmware, mobile, cloud, and algorithms, translating deep technical trade-offs into a product that ships.

Technology Strategy:

- Define and drive the technology roadmap for wearable platforms and next-generation health features.
- Track emerging trends across wearables, sensors, health monitoring, AI, and edge computing.
- Translate business objectives into technical product requirements and development plans.
- Evaluate current components, technologies, and partnerships to expand product capability.

Technical Product Development:

- Own end-to-end technical requirements for wearable features, from PRDs and technical specs through validation plans.
- Drive core health and fitness features end-to-end: heart rate monitoring, sleep tracking, stress monitoring, SpO2, activity recognition, energy & recovery metrics, and AI-powered health insights.
- Partner with firmware, hardware, mobile app, cloud, and algorithm teams to ensure clean, working implementation across the stack.

R&D; Execution:

- Lead feasibility studies, proofs-of-concept, and technology evaluations.
- Drive sensor selection, optical architecture discussions, algorithm integration, and system-level optimization.
- Resolve technical bottlenecks and trade-offs directly with engineering.
- Own technical readiness ahead of every commercialization milestone.

Partner & Vendor Management:

- Work directly with chipset vendors, sensor suppliers, algorithm providers, and ODM/OEM partners.

- Own technical integration plans, timelines, and deliverables across partners.
- Evaluate third-party technology and lead technical negotiations.

Validation & Performance:

- Define the KPIs that matter for wearable performance, and benchmark against industry-leading products.
- Drive measurable improvement in accuracy, battery life, sensor performance, UX, and system reliability.
- Own certification, field testing, and production-readiness sign-off.

The Ideal Noisemaker:

Core requirements:

- Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering, Electronics, Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering, or related field.
- 5 - 8 years in Product Management, R&D;, Systems Engineering, or Technical Program Management.
- Direct experience in consumer electronics, wearables, IoT, health-tech, or embedded systems.
- Working technical fluency across: embedded systems, firmware development, BLE, sensors & signal processing, mobile app integration, cloud architecture, and AI/ML-based consumer features.
- Able to move fluidly between deep technical architecture and clear, customer-facing product requirements.
- Strong analytical and stakeholder-management skills - this role sits between engineering and business daily.

Preferred, not required:

- Direct product experience on smartwatch, smart ring, fitness tracker, or hearable products.
- Working knowledge of PPG and IMU sensors, optical systems, and health algorithms.
- Hands-on experience with algorithm validation, calibration, and performance benchmarking.
- Familiarity with RTOS-based embedded platforms and wearable chipset ecosystems.
- Domain exposure to health/wellness - biometric sensing, digital health solutions.

- - Experience managing global technology vendors and manufacturing partners.
