Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Fine Art Teacher role based in the Greater Delhi Area.

The Fine Art

Teacher will plan and deliver age-appropriate art lessons that promote creativity, technical skill development, and appreciation of visual arts. Daily responsibilities include teaching drawing and painting techniques, demonstrating the use of different materials and tools, and guiding students through individual and group art projects. The role involves assessing student work, providing constructive feedback,



maintaining an organized and protected art classroom, and preparing displays or exhibitions of student artwork.

The Fine Art

Teacher will collaborate with other staff to integrate art into broader school activities, support cultural events, and participate in parent–teacher interactions and school development initiatives.

Qualifications

- Strong foundational skills in Drawing and Painting, with the ability to demonstrate techniques across different media.
- Experience in Teaching and Art Education, with a explicit understanding of developmental stages and age-appropriate instruction.
- Proven Results in Class XII CBSE Boards
- Proficiency in Lesson Planning, including designing structured, engaging, and outcomes-focused art curricula.
- Relevant degree or diploma in Fine Arts, Visual Arts, Art Education, or a closely related field.
- Prior experience teaching art in a school setting, preferably at primary or secondary levels.
- Ability to foster an inclusive, encouraging classroom environment that supports diverse learning styles and backgrounds.
- Strong communication and classroom management skills, with a collaborative mindset for working with faculty and families.
- Willingness to support school events, exhibitions, and co-curricular programs that highlight students’ artistic achievements.
