Job title: Financial Operations Analyst

Status: Exempt

Location: Hyderabad (Office)

Reports to: Country Head, India

Job Summary The Financial Operations Analyst will serve as the India point of contact for Restor3D's US Finance and Sales Operations teams, starting with FP&A; and reporting handover and growing into end-to-end ownership of operational reporting. The role is built to scale in phases from mastering existing workflows, to deploying automation, to owning reporting output independently.

Duties and Responsibilities

Act as India POC for US Finance and Sales Operations teams

Partner with BDO on FP&A; reporting handover during transition

Master Vena, SAP, and existing reporting workflows

Own monthly management and cost center reporting

Support financial system administration (Vena) and ad-hoc report building

Absorb Sales Operations reporting, including revenue, case intake, and sales agent performance

Support calculation of royalties, commissions, and rebates





Deploy AI and automation tools to reduce manual reporting effort and US team ad-hoc data burden

- Progress toward end-to-end ownership of operational reporting, with growing scope as business needs evolve

Qualifications and Experience

3-5 years of experience in FP&A;, financial reporting, or sales operations support

Working knowledge of SAP; experience with Vena or similar financial reporting/planning tools a plus

Comfortable owning recurring reporting cycles independently

Interest in automation/AI tools for reporting is a plus

Comfortable working across time zones with US-based teams

Valuable communication skills, both written and verbal

Education

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field; relevant experience considered in lieu of formal degree
