Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Financial Analyst role based in Bengaluru. The Financial Analyst will be responsible for conducting financial planning, analyzing business performance, preparing and reviewing financial statements, and generating financial reports.



The position also involves identifying trends, evaluating financial risks, and making recommendations to improve financial outcomes.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge in Financial Planning and ability to create forecasts and budgets
- Proficiency in interpreting and analyzing Financial Statements to inform business decisions
- Experienced in Financial Reporting to prepare accurate and timely insights
- Solid Analytical Skills to assess data, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations
- Understanding of core Finance principles and practices
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with financial modeling tools or software is a plus
- Work experience in a similar role or domain is preferred
