As a Financial Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in driving transformative initiatives across P&L; Planning and Reporting, Head Count Controllership, and Global Capital Management.

Key Job Responsibilities

- Drive planning and reporting of worldwide operations across P&L;, headcount, and capital management, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in financial data analysis.
- Collaborate closely with business and finance teams to identify opportunities for optimizing financial processes and enhancing operational efficiency.




- Drive the automation of the planning and reporting framework and models, utilizing AI-based automation and advanced technology to streamline processes and increase efficiency.
- Maintain good controllership across all FP&A; workstreams, implementing robust controls and procedures to mitigate risks and ensure compliance.

Basic Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics or a highly analytical field (e.g., Engineering, Math, and Computer Science)
- 2 years of building financial and operational reports/data sets that inform business decision-making experience
- Experience in corporate finance including budgeting/planning, forecasting and reporting
- Knowledge of standard software including Excel, Access, Oracle, Essbase, SQL and VBA skills

Preferred Qualifications

- Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics or a highly analytical field (e.g., Engineering, Math, and Computer Science)
