Role Overview

Thriveni Earthmovers and Infra Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a energetic, detail-oriented finance professional to join the Managing Director’s Office in Salem, Tamil Nadu.

This is a high-visibility & impact role, you will partner closely with executive leadership to deliver critical financial analysis and drive operational decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

- Financial Analysis & Decision Support: Review core financial data, monitor budgets, and deliver actionable financial summaries and executive briefings.
- MIS & Business Reporting: Scrutinize weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual Management Information System (MIS) reports across business units.
- Costing & Forecasting: Leverage deep expertise in cost analysis, budgeting models, and financial forecasts to guide leadership reviews.
- Executive Documentation: Draft high-level presentations, strategic notes, and board-level correspondence.
- Meeting Governance:



Attend executive meetings, document minutes, track actionable items, and leverage modern AI tools to streamline executive workflow.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Serve as a central coordination hub connecting the MD’s Office with finance teams, operational heads, and external stakeholders.

Who Should Apply?

- Qualified CA, MBA in Finance, or CA Inter with strong analytical rigor.
- Proven track record in corporate budgeting, MIS, and variance/cost analysis.
- Travel: 5–7 days per month accompanying the Managing Director
- Tech-fluent and AI-savvy, with top-tier documentation and synthesis capabilities.
- High professional maturity, integrity, and comfort working directly with C-suite leadership.
